24.8.704 INCORPORATION OF OTHER PROCEDURAL RULES BY REFERENCE (1) To the extent these rules do not provide for or specify procedures, the Office of Administrative Hearings adopts and applies the Montana Rules of Civil Procedure and Montana Rules of Evidence. This adoption excludes references to jury trials, issuance of subpoenas by attorneys, and other exclusively judicial features.
