24.351.1117 REGISTRATION BY RECIPROCITY (1) The bureau may enter into a reciprocal agreement with any other state(s) that has similar voluntary registration policies. Under such an agreement, a registered serviceperson and a registered service agency from any state that is party to the reciprocal agreement is granted full reciprocal authority, including reciprocal recognition of standards and testing equipment, in all states that are a party to such an agreement.
