32.3.1001 HANDLING OF LIVE ANIMALS (1) All animals on the premises where anthrax has been confirmed and all animals exposed to anthrax must be quarantined. Release of quarantine will occur when all carcasses have been appropriately disposed of and 14 days have elapsed since the last death from anthrax. (2) Under official supervision an immediate change of pasture, if practical, is recommended followed by prompt vaccination of all apparently well animals in the herd.
