32.3.1003 CONTAMINATED PREMISES (1) The stalls, stables, sheds, equipment, utensils, and premises occupied or contaminated by animals that have died of anthrax must be completely cleaned and disinfected under the supervision of the state veterinarian. (2) All litter, manure, feed and material that cannot be cleaned and disinfected must be burned.
