32.6.205 RECORDS KEPT - AVAILABILITY FOR INSPECTION
(1) Records of temperatures recorded during treatment of garbage must be preserved by garbage feeders for a period of 6 months unless they are sooner authorized in writing to be destroyed by the department. (2) Upon demand by the department, a garbage feeder shall furnish a complete list of the sources of the garbage which he treats or feeds.
