36.25.1103 SEVERABILITY (1) If any part of ARM 36.25.1101 through 36.25.1108 is found to be invalid, all valid parts that are severable from the invalid part remain in effect in one or more of its applications, the part remains in effect in all valid applications that are severable from the invalid applications.
