37.106.2025 APPLICATION OF OTHER RULES (1) In addition to the requirements established in this subchapter, each mental health center providing a secured inpatient crisis stabilization program shall comply with all the requirements established in ARM 37.106.1945 and 37.106.1946 with the exclusion of ARM 37.106.1946(3)(j). (2) To the extent that other licensure rules in ARM Title 37, chapter 106, subchapter 3 conflict with the terms of this subchapter, the terms of this subchapter will apply to secured crisis stabilization facilities.
