37.106.404    MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR A HOSPITAL: LABORATORIES

(1) A hospital laboratory shall comply with the Conditions for Coverage of Services of Independent Laboratories as set forth in 42 CFR 405.1310, 405.1311, 405.1314, 405.1316, and 405.1317.
