37.14.744 WASTE DISPOSAL: DISPOSAL BY INCINERATION (1) No licensee shall incinerate radioactive material for the purpose of disposal or preparation for disposal except as specifically approved by the department pursuant to ARM 37.14.710 and 37.14.741.
