37.30.2570    INFORMING VENDORS OF RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(1) Each blind vendor will be provided with a copy of these rules and regulations.

(2) Each blind vendor will be provided with a vending stand operator's manual explaining their duties as vendors of various type vending stands with the qualifications for the various type stand operators.

(3) Blind vendors shall be provided the opportunity for an administrative review and a fair hearing in accordance with ARM 37.5.304, 37.5.305, 37.5.307, 37.5.310, 37.5.311, 37.5.313, 37.5.318, 37.5.322, 37.5.325, 37.5.328, 37.5.331, 37.5.334 and 37.5.337 in any contested matter.

(a) A blind vendor dissatisfied with the decision rendered after a fair hearing, may pursue that due process accorded by the Randolph-Sheppard Act (20 USC 107a) .
