37.30.710    VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM: TRAVEL AND MOVING SERVICES

(1) Travel and moving services may be provided to an applicant or client when necessary for the person to receive the benefit of vocational rehabilitation services.

(a) Travel services may include, as necessary, transportation, meals and lodging during travel for a person and necessary attendants or escorts.

(b) Transportation, meals and lodging are reimbursed at cost or state per diem, whichever is lower.

(2) Moving services may be provided for a move necessary to the vocational rehabilitation of the client.

(a) Moving expenses are reimbursed at cost.

(3) Travel services are only available for out-of-state travel if the department determines that the travel is necessary to receive services that are not available in Montana.
