37.41.101 PURPOSE (1) The purpose of the aging bureau of the senior long term care division is to develop and administer the state plan; coordinate all activities in the state relating to the purposes of the act; serve as the advocate for all older persons in the state; direct area agencies and service providers in the development of comprehensive and coordinated service delivery systems throughout the state.
