37.2.520 ACHIEVING A BETTER LIFE EXPERIENCE (ABLE) PROGRAM: PURPOSE (1) The purpose of the ABLE program is to provide Montana residents with access to a tax-favored program designed to provide secure funding for qualified disability-related expenses on behalf of individuals with disabilities that will supplement, but not supplant, benefits provided through public or private sources.
