37.30.401 VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM: PURCHASE OF SERVICES (1) The department, as provided in this subchapter, may expend monies for the purchase of vocational rehabilitation services for persons who are applicants seeking to be determined eligible for vocational rehabilitation services or who have been determined to be eligible to be consumers of vocational rehabilitation services.
