37.83.202 QUALIFIED MEDICARE BENEFICIARIES, EFFECTIVE DATE OF ELIGIBILITY (1) A person is eligible for the receipt of medicaid benefits at the beginning of the following month after the department determines that the person is a qualified medicare beneficiary.
