38.2.5004    TERM PROTECTIVE ORDERS

(1) On the motion of a provider, the commission may issue a "term protective order," which is a protective order applicable to specific confidential information expected to be required periodically by the commission. An example of such information would be information supplied in response to routine or repetitive reporting requirements, such as commission annual reports or information required by special commission order. A term protective order may be effective for a period of not more than four years. The requirements for requesting, for issuing, and for gaining access to confidential information under a term protective order are the same as the requirements applicable to protective orders under these rules.
