4.12.2607    PRODUCE WHOLESALE--MEANING OF TERM--WHO MAY TRANSPORT PRODUCE

(1) Only a bonafide employee of a producer, paid in the regular manner and not by trip, mile, or commission shall be recognized as an employee. Employees or truckers handling produce for different parties, or on any other than a regular monthly pay basis, will not be recognized as an employee or be allowed to transact business in the name of a producer.
