6.6.1326 UNDATED OR POSTDATED PROXIES PROHIBITED (1) No person making a solicitation subject to this sub-chapter may solicit any undated or postdated proxy or any proxy which pro-vides that it shall be considered dated as of any date after it is signed by the stockholder.
