6.6.5704 APPLICATION OF THESE RULES ARE TO BE CONSISTENT WITH ERISA (1) These rules are to be interpreted so as to be consistent with the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act(ERISA) and to the extent that they conflict with ERISA they shall not apply.
