6.6.5705 DEFINITIONS (1) "Delinquency proceeding" as it appears in the statutory provisions means any proceeding instituted against an insurer for the purpose of liquidating, rehabilitating or reorganizing, or conserving such insurer due to the insolvency of the insurer. (2) "Insurer" as it appears in the statutory provision shall be deemed to refer to a self-funded multiple employer welfare arrangement as defined in 33-35-103 (4) , MCA.
