8.22.2407 STAY OF SUMMARY IMPOSITION OF PENALTY (1) Either the applicable board of stewards or the board of horse racing may stay the imposition of a fine, license suspension and/or other penalty that results from a summary hearing conducted by the stewards with respect to violations of the rules of the board and the Montana Code Annotated.
