NOTICE OF AMENDMENT AND ADOPTION

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On November 5, 2021, the Department of Labor and Industry (department) published MAR Notice No. 24-148-1 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment and adoption of the above-stated rules, at page 1477 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue No. 21.

 

            2. On December 1, 2021, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment and adoption of the above-stated rules via the videoconference and telephonic platform. No comments were received by the December 3, 2021, deadline.

 

            3. The department has amended ARM 24.101.413 exactly as proposed.

 

            4. The department has adopted New Rules I (24.148.401), II (24.148.2101), and III (24.148.2301) exactly as proposed.
