NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

            TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On June 10, 2022, the Department of Labor and Industry (department) published MAR Notice No. 24-22-394 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed repeal of the above-stated rules at page 863 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 11.

 

            2. The department held a public hearing in Helena on July 6, 2022, over the Zoom videoconference and telephonic platform at which no members of the public commented. Written comments were not received during the public comment period.

 

            3. The department has repealed ARM 24.22.501, 24.22.504, 24.22.507, 24.22.510, 24.22.513, 24.22.516, 24.22.519, and 24.22.522 as proposed.
