NOTICE OF DECISION ON PROPOSED AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1.  On August 5, 2022, the Department of Public Health and Human Services published MAR Notice No. 37-994 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1495 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 15.

 

2.  A public hearing on the notice of proposed amendment of the above-stated rules was held on August 25, 2022.

 

3.  The Department of Public Health and Human Services remains committed to a holistic revision of all rules related to the regulation of child care facilities in Montana.  To that end, the department withdraws MAR Notice No. 37-994 contemporaneously with the publication of MAR Notice No. 37-1020, the latter of which is a comprehensive regulatory amendment and restructuring of child care rules.
