TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On July 22, 2022, the Board of Investments published MAR Notice No. 8-97-101 regarding the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1212 of the 2022 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 14.

 

2. No comments or testimony was received.

 

3. The board has amended ARM 8.97.313 and 8.97.1707 as proposed.
