AMENDED NOTICE AND EXTENSION OF COMMENT PERIOD ON PROPOSED  ADOPTION   (SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT)

            TO: All Concerned Persons

 

            1. On August 18, 2017, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 17-391 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed adoption of the above-referenced rules at page 1331 of the 2017 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 16.
