1. On September 6, 2007, the Department of Livestock published MAR Notice No. 32-7-188 regarding the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule at page 1294 of the 2007 Montana Administrative Register, issue number 17.

 

2. The Department of Livestock has amended ARM 32.18.101 exactly as proposed.

 

3. No comments or testimony were received.
