(1) Printed copies of the Montana Administrative Register (Register) and/or the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) may be available for purchase.

(2) The cost for the Register is as follows:

(a) per calendar year (24 issues)	$ 350.00
(b) per issue	$ 13.50

(3) The costs for the ARM is as follows:

(a) initial purchase of ARM (full set)	$2,500.00
(b) quarterly updates to ARM, per calendar year (yearly
subscription)	$ 300.00
(i) partial year subscriptions will be prorated

(4) The cost for individual ARM titles is as follows:

(5) The following miscellaneous fees are charged by Administrative Rules Services:

(a) lapsed subscription fee for ARM (maximum of two years prior, per year)		$ 100.00
(b) copy or fax fee	$1.00 per page/$5.00 minimum
(c) replacement binder for ARM		$ 5.00

(6) Administrative Rules Services does not charge other state agencies for copies or faxes.

(7) All purchase and subscription fees must be paid in advance and are not refundable.
