10.55.802 OPPORTUNITY AND EDUCATIONAL EQUITY (1) It is the purpose of the accreditation standards to guarantee equality of educational opportunity and to respect the dignity of every person in accordance with Article II, Section IV of the Montana Constitution and federal law, without prejudice of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, programs, facilities, educational materials, curriculum, counseling, library services, and extracurricular activities.
