(1) Each person who is licensed pursuant to the provisions of Title 37, chapter 4, MCA, shall comply with the provisions of the Guidelines for Infection Control in Dental Health-Care Settings, 2003. The board adopts and incorporates by reference the guidelines which set forth the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations for infection prevention and control in a dental-care setting.
