37.85.1125 DENIALS AND APPEALS (1) A provider participating in the MMPIP and aggrieved by the department's denial of eligibility, incentive payments, demonstration of efforts to adopt, implement, upgrade, or meaningful use of certified EHR technology, may request a fair hearing in accordance with ARM 37.5.310.
