24.189.1604 BEHAVIOR ANALYST ETHICAL CODE OF CONDUCT (1) The board adopts and incorporates by reference the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's (BACB) Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts (as effective January 1, 2022) and considers it to be the code of ethics governing the professional conduct of behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts licensed by the board. Copies of the document are found at bacb.com. (2) Behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts shall follow the BACB Ethics Code in (1) unless it directly conflicts with Montana statutes or rules.
