NOTICE OF AMENDMENT

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On October 8, 2021, the Secretary of State published MAR Notice No. 44-2-249 pertaining to the public hearing on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1306 of the 2021 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 19.

 

2. On October 28, 2021, a public hearing was held on the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules.

 

3.  No comments or testimony were received.

 

4. The Secretary of State has amended ARM 1.3.307, 1.3.309, and 1.3.312 as proposed.
