NOTICE OF REPEAL

 

TO: All Concerned Persons

 

1. On April 14, 2023, the Commissioner of Securities and Insurance, Office of the Montana State Auditor published MAR Notice No. 6-275 pertaining to the proposed repeal of the above-stated rule at page 317 of the 2023 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 7.

 

2. CSI has repealed the above-stated rule as proposed.

 

           3. No comments or testimony were received.
