1. On July 26, 2012 the Board of Public Education published MAR Notice No. 10-55-262 pertaining to the proposed adoption and amendment of the above-stated rules at page 1401 of the 2012 Montana Administrative Register, Issue Number 14.
2. The Board of Public Education will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities who wish to participate in this rulemaking process or need an alternative accessible format of this notice. This amendment provides notice that due to concerns regarding the potential number of people attending the hearing, the hearing location has been moved from the OPI conference room at 1300 11th Avenue, Helena, Montana, to the Helena Regional Airport, 2nd Floor conference room. The time of hearing remains the same: 1:30 p.m. on August 20, 2012.
