42.4.106    OTHER ENERGY GENERATING SYSTEMS

(1) Some systems will not be specifically suited to the requirements found in ARM 42.4.104. In such cases, the three general criteria outlined in ARM 42.4.104, and any other specifications in ARM 42.4.104 and 42.4.105 that are relevant, should be applied. The department will provide additional assistance on specific problems.
