(1) Amendments correcting a report filed pursuant to 13-37-225 and 13-37-226, MCA, for a previous reporting period shall be filed with the next report following the date upon which the person filing the report became aware of the inaccuracy.   The correction shall identify the date of the report and schedule containing the information to be corrected and the reason for the correction.

(2) Any material change in information previously submitted in a statement of candidate or statement of organization filed pursuant to 13-37-201 or 13-37-205, MCA, and ARM 44.10.405 shall be reported by filing an amended statement with the appropriate filing officers within five days after the change.
