6.10.101    APPLICABILITY OF SUB-CHAPTER

(1) Except as

provided in (2) , this sub-chapter applies to the securities and transactions involving securities, subject to the Securities Act of Montana, Title 30, chapter 10, parts 1 through3, MCA.

(2) ARM 6.10.138 does not apply to securities exempt under 30-10-104(1) , MCA.
