6.6.105    APPLICANTS FOR AGENT'S OR SOLICITOR'S LICENSE-- TIME PERIOD FOR PASSING EXAMINATION

An applicant for an agent's or solicitor's license who fails to take the required written qualification examination within 6 months from the date of receipt of his application by the insurance department forfeits his application fee and his application is void. Thereafter, a new application, appointment form, and fee shall be submitted, as initially required, prior to taking the examination.
