6.6.1606    EXAMINATION FOR PUBLIC ADJUSTER'S LICENSE

(1) Each applicant for a license as a public adjuster shall prior to the issuance of such license personally take and pass, to the satisfaction of the commissioner, an examination given by the commissioner as a test of his qualifications and competency, except as provided in ARM 6.6.1616.
