6.6.3806    EFFECT OF FAILURE TO IDENTIFY BENEFICIARY

(1) The failure of any trust agreement to specifically identify the beneficiary as defined in ARM 6.6.3801 of this subchapter shall not be construed to affect any actions or rights which the commissioner may take or possess pursuant to the provisions of the laws of this state.
