6.6.5208    PROGRAM MANAGER--ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE PURCHASING POOL

(1) The program manager is an employee of the State Auditor's Office and shall provide administrative services to the purchasing pool and its board and assist the board as needed in creating and administering the small business health insurance pool and establishing the premium incentive and assistance payments, in accordance with these rules, applicable statutes and the operating plan.
