8.100.111    RIGHTS TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - ALL RESEARCH AND COMMERCIALIZATION GRANTS AND LOANS

(1) All intellectual property rights, including any patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets developed by the funding recipient with use of funds provided by the board, will be owned by the recipient or the recipient will have appropriate rights thereto as determined in consultation and agreement with the board.
