12.6.301    TAGGING OF CARCASSES OF GAME ANIMALS

(1) When tagging the carcass of a game animal, the tag must be attached in such a manner that the tag is clearly visible. Any person failing to comply with these rules is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided for in section 87-1-102 , MCA.
