These rules describe procedures implementing the governor's emergency powers under Title 90, Chapter 4, part 3, MCA, in case of shortages of motor gasoline, middle distillates or aviation gasoline. These rules contain guidelines that the governor may follow in dealing with petroleum fuel shortages.
