17.50.725    DEPARTMENT APPROVAL REQUIRED

(1) All plans, reports, studies and other ground water monitoring methods or activities are subject to review, modification, and approval by the department.

(2) Revisions, changes, and additional requirements of the department must be incorporated into the ground water monitoring system at a facility.

(3) The department shall determine, and establish through rulemaking, preventative action limits and enforcement standards for indicator parameters listed in Table 1 [ARM 17.50.708].
