17.50.726    INSPECTIONS

(1) The department may, pursuant to 75-10-205, MCA, conduct inspections of ground water monitoring systems at reasonable hours upon presentation of appropriate credentials.

(2) The department may request duplicate samples for independent analysis or to conduct independent sampling at facilities.
