(1) In order to comply with 2-18-1106 , MCA, each agency shall submit to the department of administration a list of the number of incentive awards granted, to whom each award was granted, the estimated value of each achievement or outcome and the amount of each award. The information must be submitted on a format prescribed by the department within 30 days after the end of each fiscal year.
