23.14.504    NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OR TERMINATION OF NON-SWORN OFFICERS

(1) Within 10 days of the appointment, termination, resignation, or death of any non-sworn officer in this subchapter, written notice thereof must be given to the board of crime control by the employing authority.
