24.11.904    RESPONSE TO INQUIRIES AND SUGGESTIONS

  (1) Every inquiry, suggestion or other matter submitted in writing from a member of the public addressed to the division shall be answered within 72 hours of receipt or sooner, provided said answer is within the capability of the division to provide a response.
